Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our massive customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that reflect our brand’s voice and messaging.
- Creating engaging content tailored for various media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to launch effective campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Engaging directly with customers through social media by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Tracking and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
- Researching and communicating social media best practices and emerging trends to the marketing team.
- Developing partnerships with influencers and brands that align with Amazon's core values and customer interests.
- Assisting in the development of video and graphic content for social media use, liaising with creative teams as needed.
Your Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a social media management role, preferably with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in applying social media strategies that drive traffic and engagement.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Proficient in using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passion for technology and e-commerce, coupled with a willingness to stay current with industry trends.
